Travel Plaza,
Zachary, LA
We are managing and supervising
this project from conception to post construction on a 12,500
sq. ft. strip mall that will house a retail grocery store,
Sub-Way sandwich shop, fuel station, dining facility,
entertainment facility and a seafood facility.
St. Johns Institutional Baptist
Church, Phoenix, AZ
We are managing and supervising this project from conception to
post construction on a 32,600 sq. ft. project which will include
a first floor 80’x80’ worship hall for approximately 800
capacity, a 60’x90’ gymnasium, multiple offices, classrooms and
a second floor mezzanine which will be approximately 11,000 sq.
ft. for administrative space and storage.
New Mount Calvary Baptist
Church. Sanford, Florida
We are currently
under contract and are in the finishing stage on this project
for a new sanctuary located in Florida, this project is Turn-Key
and included all exterior and interior work. We were responsible
for the erection of this 50’x113’ building and the church Day
Care Center which included: Steel studding the interior walls,
hang and finish all drywall, installed all interior fixtures and
installed suspended ceilings. We are also under a new contract
for an additional sanctuary in Phase II.
Patterson Assembly of God,
Sanford, Florida
We are currently
under contract with the Patterson Assembly of God to construct
their new sanctuary located in Sanford, Florida. This sanctuary
will be 44’x92’ with an entry way of 17’x42’, stucco exterior
walls and complete with all components.
Beach Pools, Saugus, MA
On this project, we are completing a new Pool Sales Facility for
Beach Pools. The building will be 54’x136’x24’ with a mezzanine.
We are installing numerous entry doors, windows, sliding windows
and wall lights and this building will be sub-divided for
additional tenants.
Riding Arena, Kensington, NH
On this project we are erecting a new riding arena for Flying
Colour Farms located in New Hampshire, this indoor riding arena
will be 10,800 sq. ft. upon completion.
Lake Pleasant Marina, Lake
Pleasant, NY
On this project we are completing a Marina located on Lake
Pleasant in NY. This building will be 90’x100’x33’, we are
erecting this building in early June 2004.
Goodyear Performance Tire and
Auto, Highland, NC
On this project we are completing a new auto repair service
center located in Highland, NC
