Turnkey Service was provided on this
project for Raven Ridge Equestrian
Center, Inc located in Au Train, Michigan for Elaine Burns the owner and
operator. The main building was a 100’x215’ Indoor riding arena with
offices and a customer lounge, with an attached 164’x38’ Barn Area, a
52’x38’ run-in shed, attached 36’x72’ hay/machine shed, an observation
deck, 2 - 50’x100’
isolation paddocks, a 100’x215’ dressage arena, a 120’x240’ jump arena,
and gravel
parking lot. We were contracted
to complete this project from conception to completion for the exterior
and interior including all excavating
and clearing
prior to construction, all arena flooring and all concrete work to
constructing the final tac room, grainery, and hanging of large mirrors.
